I hope you had the possibility to enjoy the summer and found the time to relax.
Our full program will start immediately after the vacation season. Already next week the Dreiländerkonferenz 2017 will be held in Zurich. The Dreiländerkonferenz is jointly organized by ASA, LIS and Arb|Aut and will be held in German. The conference will offer an excellent opportunity to network with the leading practitioners from Switzerland and Liechtenstein
1. Dreiländerkonferenz
We found distinguished speakers who will address hot topics like criteria for reimbursement of costs, recent set a side decisions and unilateral arbitration agreements.
Already more than 50 participants have registered. There is still a handful of tickets available.

2. Vienna Arbitration Days
During the last months we made tremendous progress in the preparation of the Vienna Arbitration Days 2018 which will take place on 19 / 20 January 2018.

3. Arb|Aut Forum 5 September 2017
As already indicated in our last newsletter we are excited that Lord Jonathan Mance (Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom) and Dr. Erich Schwarzenbacher (Austrian Supreme Court) will address recent topics in arbitration.

in the Dachgeschoss of the Juridicum
