We cordially invite you to our next YAAP Roundtable. David Rogers and Andrew Wynn, both from FTI Consulting, London, will hold a workshop on
"Introduction to damages in international dispute resolution"
The workshop aims to provide guidance to the quantification of damages in international dispute resolution. What is the framework for calculating losses? How does the date of assessment affect loss calculations? What is discounted cash flow analysis? The workshop considers these questions and others with the objective of giving young practitioners the tools to address the quantification of damages effectively. The workshop is free of charge.
