We cordially invite you to this year's
The young arbitration practitioners from Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria invite you to join their
Practice Building Summer Retreat on the "
Art of Persuasion". In interactive work sessions, you will tackle topics such as vocal expression, effective witness examination and tech tools and presentation skills 2.0 under the guidance of a prominent faculty of arbitration and presentation experts (see detailed program attached).
Date: Friday/Saturday 13 - 14 July 2018
Venue: Landgut Stober, Berlin (Germany)
(with optional "Opening Reception" at a beer garden in Berlin City on Thursday, 12 July 2018 at 8 pm)
After the Friday working sessions, there will be plenty of time for meeting old and new friends over drinks and dinner. Saturday opens with breaking arbitration news from Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria, followed by an easy bike (or even easier taxi) ride to Ribbeck castle and a relaxed lunch. We will head back to the airport/Berlin center at approx. 3.30 pm.
The registration fee is EUR 180. It covers the seminar as well as dinner and pre-dinner drinks on Friday and lunch on Saturday.
A limited number of rooms are available at the Landgut Stober for EUR 99 incl. breakfast (
email Landgut Stober re "Summer Retreat"). Make sure to book your accommodation for Friday night sufficiently in advance. True to the retreat character, there is not much else around! An option for shared transport from Berlin City to Landgut Stober will be offered on Friday morning (with optional return on Saturday afternoon).
