During the webinar, we will discuss the role of arbitration and dispute resolution in the CEE and CIS countries in turbulent times. In particular, the speakers will address the issues of effectiveness of dispute resolution mechanisms during these extraordinary times, their influence on investment and commercial arbitration,as well as on arbitrators’ appointments and, last but not least , on the professional lives of lawyers.
