The Climate Change webinar that we postponed in summer will now take place in-person in our traditional Roundtable format.
Amanda Neil (Principal Associate, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP) and Markus Beham (Assistant Professor, Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law, Public International Law, European and International Economic Law, University of Passau) will be discussing what role arbitration plays in the context of environmental, social and governance issues, in particular climate change.
