The Austrian Supreme Court recently ruled on a case where claimant terminated the arbitration agreement for cause during ongoing proceedings and subsequently challenged the award. Philipp Schwarz and Antonia Cermak (PLATTE disputes.solutions) will shed light on this recent judgment and discuss the possibility to terminate arbitration agreements.
