Dear Members of Arb|Aut,

Last call to join us at this week’s event in association with Young Austrian Arbitration Practitioners (YAAP) and Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC):

13 October 2023
at Christoph Leitl Lounge
Austrian Federal Economic Chamber

GAR Live Vienna: 2023 brings together leading arbitrators, private practitioners, in-house counsel and government representatives to explore the latest issues affecting arbitration in Europe. Panels will discuss whether arbitration will become a part of competition remedies as well as debating the impact of third-party funding on arbitration.

The event includes a Welcome address by Alma Zadic (Austrian minister of justice, Austria) as well as a Keynote address by Richard Whish KC (Emeritus professor of law, King's College London) and promises a full-day conference sharing high-level insight and discussion, with plenty of networking breaks throughout.

For further information on the program and registration please click here. In-house and government representatives are granted complimentary admission.

Kind regards,
Stefan Riegler
