We are thrilled to announce the opening of the registration for the first edition of the "below40@Vierländer-Konferenz" in Vienna on 30 November 2023, which is co-organised by YAAP, DIS40, ASAbelow40 and colleagues from Liechtenstein, and kindly hosted and supported by the WU Vienna.
Following the tradition of the "Vierländer-Konferenz", the "below40@Vierländer-Konferenz" will start with a keynote address, followed by a panel of distinguished speakers from the four legal systems addressing the topic "Vollstreckungsfragen und -praktiken im deutschsprachigen Raum - ein Austausch zum NYÜ in der Praxis".
