1. Call for Secretaries at Vienna Arbitration Days 2017
The next Vienna Arbitration Days 2017 will take place on 24 and 25 February 2017.
As last year, on 25 February 2017 (Saturday) there will be a World Café with 10 tables. Each table will be chaired by a moderator (an experienced arbitration lawyer) who is assisted by a secretary.
The 10 secretaries should be YAAP members. Therefore, we kindly invite you to voice your interest to participate at the next Vienna Arbitration Days as secretary until at latest 16 September 2016 to Markus Schifferl under the following email address: markus.schifferl@zeiler.partners.

Enemy of the State v. Defender of the Motherland:
How arbitrating against or on behalf of a State changes the game
Incorporating views from counsel who have been on either side, this roundtable will discuss how the presence of a State affects a number of aspects of the arbitral proceedings. The discussion will be chaired by Eric Leikin of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Leon Kopecký of Schönherr.
