This event is the beginning of a series of seminars that VIAC and YAAP aims to hold regularly as a Master Class to offer young practitioners practical insights on arbitration. Participants will receive a certificate of participation. This first workshop for lawyers, held by Franz M. Schwarz (WilmerHale), member of the VIAC Board, provides a perfect insight into how cross examination skills are tools to achieve most effective results in your job and with your clients.
