3rd GAR Live Vienna 2019

Arb|Aut together with YAAP and VIAC is co-organizer of the 3rd GAR Live Vienna.
The conference will be held on:

Co-Chairs: Stefan Riegler (ArbAUT), Eliane Fischer (YAAP), Alice Fremuth-Wolf (VIAC)

The programme consists of the following 4 sessions:

Session one: The effect of sanctions on arbitration
Session two: The GAR Live Inquisition – are international arbitration counsel at home in big law firms and arbitrators in boutiques?
Session three: The GAR Live Question Time - due process paranoia and corruption
Session four: The GAR Live Debate on the motion: "This house believes that the Prague Rules are a waste of time."

The Event will conclude with a networking cocktail on the roof-top of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
