We are very pleased to announce that Professor Dr. Gilles Cuniberti, University of Luxembourg, will hold the keynote speech on

"Is Default Arbitration the Future of
International Commercial Dispute Resolution?"

Professor Cuniberti will present the idea of "default arbitration models“ and defend his thesis that arbitration should become the default mode of resolution of international commercial disputes.

Dr. Eva Storskrubb (Roschier, Stockholm) and Dr. Ben Steinbrück (SZA, Mannheim) will challenge and discuss this proposition, moderated by Professor Dr. Christian Koller (University of Vienna) and to be followed by a hopefully lively debate with the audience.
