I am a Danish and Internationally trained attorney and equity partner in HjulmandKaptain Law Firm. My client portfolio includes listed companies and financial companies, public authorities and medium-sized and smaller business enterprises – both Danish and foreign. I am a certified international arbitrator, external associate professor in international arbitration (University of Aalborg) and graduated from Aarhus University in 2005 with supplementary studies at Deakin University, Melbourne and Aarhus School of Business. In June 2014 I was nominated as one of Denmarks 100 Leading Talents (across all sectors) by Berligske Business. As of January 2015 I head the Aalborg office of HjulmandKaptain. I am specialized within the fields of: -ENERGY and MARITIME LAW; has assisted both Danish and foreign leading companies operating within the wind energy sector the oil and gas industry and related sectors (both on- and offshore). Has extensive experience advising both suppliers, operators, public authorities and investors within these fields. - INTENATIONAL CONTRACTS; eg Terms and Conditions of sales, agency contracts, consultancy agreements, Joint venture agreements, negotiating contracts, cross-border disputes, etc. - CONSTRUCTION LAW; provide advice on all legal aspects in relation to national and international building and construction projects, including contracts in accordance with Danish and international standards, including AB92, ABT93, FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC3 and advice on project/contract management, ect. -REAL ESTATE; all aspects relating to the sale of real estate (including as part of mergers and acquisitions), financing and development of business properties, project development, etc. -DISPUTE RESOLUTION; right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court, regularly conduct cases before the Danish Institute of Arbitration, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and before ad hoc arbitration tribunals, and all national civil courts.
