Arb|Aut will be holding its Annual Meeting (Mitgliederversammlung) on
Thursday, 17 December 2020 at 04:00 p.m.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation the Annual Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.
Agenda:
- Report on and approval of the Audited Statements of Accounts (Entgegennahme und Genehmigung des Rechenschaftsberichtes und Rechnungsabschlusses) as of 31 December 2019 in the presence of the auditors
- Election of auditors (Bestellung Rechnungsprüfer)
- Discharge of the Arb|Aut Board (Entlastung des Vorstandes)
- Report on the activities of Arb|Aut in 2020 and activities planned for 2021
- Budget for 2021 (Voranschlag)
- Election of the Arb|Aut Board (Wahl der Mitglieder des Präsidiums)
- Determination of admission fee and membership fee
- YAAP activity report 2020, planned activities in 2021 and new Co-Chair (YAAP Tätigkeitsbericht und neuer Co-Chair)
