And for the months to come, all of
you are invited to send us a short (2-3 minutes) selfie video, explaining who you are and what you do, what brought you to arbitration and what you like/dislike about it. Do add anything important to you, as long as you stay within your 2-3 minutes. Looking forward!
Take good care and stay safe,
Christian & Lisa

Oliver Loksa (Hausmaninger Kletter) and

Will any findings obtained in the course of an internal investigation be admissible as evidence in an ensuing arbitration?

REVIEW: YAAP Arbitration Walks & Talks:
“Virtual Hearings - Potential and limitations. Fresh perspectives after some months of trial and the second wave at the door step”– 8 October 2020
Our first walk-and-talk event was a welcome break from the brave new world of webinars: Fresh air, sunshine and an easy stroll, parred with interesting exchanges with real humans on what makes virtual hearings a success and what pitfalls are to be avoided. The Walks are to be continued, once the legislator and the weather allow.
REVIEW: Virtual YAAP Round Table – GDPR and Arbitration, 13 October 2020
This webinar was packed with information on the must-knows of data protection for arbitration practitioners. We were reminded that there is, alas, no one-size-fits all solution and no exhaustive list of steps to be followed. Each arbitration is different and solutions need to be discussed, aligned and tailored for each individual case. Thanks to Gernot Fritz, Matthias Hofer and Désirée Prantl for sharing their insights.
REVIEW: YAAP Around the World: Belarus - Arbitration and Dispute Resolution in times of Political Crisis, 27 October 2020

The panel discussed the current situation on the ground and its impact and implications in Belarus and CEE/CIS countries at large. We will continue travelling, stay tuned for the next destination.
