Arbitrators and counsel are dealing with witness evidence on an almost daily basis. However, until recently little research has been conducted to explore the reliability of witness evidence in international arbitration. This Arb|Aut Forum discusses the latest advances of science on this issue and how to make use of them in the arbitral practice.
