Arb|Aut Invitation

Dear Members of Arb|Aut,

we are thrilled to announce the opening of the registration for the “Vierländer-Konferenz" in Vienna from 30 November until 1 December 2023!

This year’s “Vierländer-Konferenz” is organized by Arb|Aut in collaboration with Vienna International Arbitral Centre, Swiss Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Centre, Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit and Liechtensteinischer Schiedsverein.

Following the proven concept of the previous conferences, three panels each from the perspective of the four legal systems, will focus on the following current topics:

1. Modernisierung des deutschen Schiedsverfahrensrechts – wozu raten uns unsere Freunde?
2. Gesellschaftsrechtliche Streitigkeiten
3. Zuständigkeitsentscheidungen
