20 March 2024: PAW Young Arbitration Organisations Event
YAAP, together with other young arbitration organizations, organizes a panel discussion on “Arbitration, Parallel Proceedings and Conflicts of Decisions: a Comparative Perspective” during the Paris Arbitration Week. 23 March 2024: ICC YAAF & YAAP Conference: Young Approaches to Arbitration
Get ready for the ICC Arbitration YAAF & YAAP joint conference on 23 March 2024 during the 31st Vis Moot in Vienna! Our speakers include Helmut Ortner who will hold this year's keynote speech, as well as Marlene Ella Sauer, Mélanie Riofrio Piché, Petra Pataki and Matteo Angelini who will join our panel on the topic of “Interrogating truth – the ultimate cross-examination toolkit”. The panel will explore the psychology of cross-examination and the essential techniques for effective questioning in a mock arbitration setting. We hope to see many of you there!

15 February 2024: YAAP Roundtable with Sona Tsaturyan
It was a great pleasure to have Sona Tsaturyan, Associate at Schönherr (Vienna), as a speaker at our last YAAP roundtable. Sona gave an excellent talk on the topic “Enough is enough: Limits to the introduction of new claims in the court of arbitral proceedings” and shared some valuable insights into the best practices and challenges associated with parties bringing new claims after the initial stage of the arbitration proceedings. We truly enjoyed the evening with Sona and thank everyone who attended!
