21 June 2024 – Innsbruck Arbitration Day
Join us for the 3rd edition of the Innsbruck Arbitration Day, taking place in a beautiful alpine setting. Experienced arbitration practitioners and users will offer their perspectives and engage in meaningful discussion about the advantages and circumstances of using arbitration as the preferred legal forum. We will focus on construction and corporate disputes, as well as analyze the implications of the recent case law. In addition, panel discussions will provide insights into when and why family businesses should consider using arbitration clauses. Moreover, you will learn how to conduct a thorough legal risk analysis to determine the likelihood of success in your case.
