- Report on and approval of the Audited Statements of Accounts (Entgegennahme und Genehmigung des Rechenschaftsberichts und Rechnungsabschlusses unter Einbindung der Rechnungsprüfer) as of 31 December 2023 involving the auditors
- Election of auditors (Bestellung/Wahl der Rechnungsprüfer)
- Discharge of the Arb|Aut Board and of the YAAP Board (Entlastung des Präsidiums sowie des Vorstandes der Sektion YAAP)
- Report on the activities and the financial conduct of Arb|Aut in 2024 and activities planned for 2025 (Information über die Tätigkeit und finanzielle Gebarung in 2024 und über die geplante Tätigkeit in 2025)
- Budget for 2025 (Voranschlag)
- Determination of admission fee and membership fee (Festsetzung der Höhe der Beitrittsgebühr und der Mitgliedsbeiträge für Mitglieder)
