29 November 2024: Joint YRAP, YAAP, and VIAC Event Recap
A successful and engaging joint event of YRAP, YAAP, and VIAC recently explored contractual mechanisms to protect new EU investments in Romania and the broader CEE region. Highlights included a lively panel on “Emerging Trends in Private and Public Contracting,” featuring Patrizia Netal, Iuliana Iacob, Zuzana Morháčová, Adrian Iordache, and Nicolas Zenz as Moderator and YAAP representative.
5 December 2024: YAAP Roundtable – “ECJ’s Skating Union Case: Arbitration and EU Law in the Sports Arena”
On 5 December Stefan Dobrijević discussed the ECJ’s Skating Union case, highlighting its impact on EU competition law and sports arbitration. The event sparked lively discussions and drew great engagement.
