- Report on and approval of the Audited Statements of Accounts (Entgegennahme und Genehmigung des Rechenschaftsberichts und Rechnungsabschlusses unter Einbindung der Rechnungsprüfer) as of 31 December 2024 involving the auditors
- Election of auditors (Bestellung/Wahl der Rechnungsprüfer)
- Discharge of the Arb|Aut Board and of the YAAP Board (Entlastung des Präsidiums sowie des Vorstandes der Sektion YAAP)
- Report on the financial conduct of Arb|Aut in 2025 and adoption of a resolution on the treatment of outstanding receivables, including possible exclusion of members for non-payment (Bericht über die finanzielle Gebarung von Arb|Aut in 2025 und Beschlussfassung hinsichtlich der Handhabung von Außenständen, inklusive möglicher Ausschluss von Mitgliedern wegen Nichtzahlung)
- Report on the activities in 2025 and activities planned for 2026 (Bericht über Aktivitäten in 2025 und geplante Aktivitäten in 2026)
- Budget for 2026 (Voranschlag Budget 2026)
- Election of the Arb|Aut Board (Bestellung/Wahl der Mitglieder des Präsidiums)
- Fixing the admission fee and membership fee (Festsetzung der Höhe der Beitrittsgebühr und der Mitgliedsbeiträge)
