II. YAAP Roundtable – 17.06.2026 Schönherr (Vienna)
Join us for our next YAAP #Lunchtalk Roundtable of 2026!
On Wednesday, 17 June 2026 at 12:30 pm, Schönherr Attorneys at Law will kindly host us for an engaging lunchtime session on "
Arbitration in the Fast Lane: Expedited Procedures under Scrutiny." The discussion will be led by Sabine Supper (Associate, Schönherr).
As arbitral institutions increasingly introduce expedited mechanisms aimed at reducing the time and cost of proceedings, important questions arise regarding the balance between efficiency and procedural safeguards. The session will explore the current landscape and highlight the practical implications that parties, counsel and arbitrators should be mindful of.
To help us organize catering, please make sure to register in advance.

As a community dedicated to fostering the next generation of arbitration practitioners, we are particularly pleased to see a program this year focusing on influence, leadership and communication – key skills in today’s evolving arbitration landscape.
The sessions will be led by experienced practitioners, including Duncan Gorst (Osborne Clarke) and Philipp Theiler (Wolf Theiss). In addition, YAAP Board Member Ulrich Kopetzki and Gottlieb Benjamin – both founding co-chairs of the retreat – will lead the workshop on authority and influence across arbitration roles.
