YAAP Round Table - How to Analyze the Strengths and Weaknesses of Arguments
This talk will introduce a systematic method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of arguments in international arbitration, based on the so-called 'Logocratic Method' as developed by Harvard Law School Professor Scott Brewer. Gabriel will introduce the theory and basic concepts of the method and Matt will go through examples from cases to illustrate how to use the logocratic method in practice.
