Arb|Aut will be holding its Annual Meeting (Mitgliederversammlung) on

Thursday, 17 December 2020 at 04:00 p.m.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation the Annual Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting.

Agenda:

1. Report on and approval of the Audited Statements of Accounts (Entgegennahme und Genehmigung des Rechenschaftsberichtes und Rechungsabschlusses) as of 31 December 2019 in the presence of the auditors
2. Election of auditors (Rechnungsprüfer)
3. Discharge of the Arb|Aut Board (Entlastung des Vorstandes)
4. Report on the activities of Arb|Aut in 2020 and activities planned for 2021
5. Budget for 2021 (Voranschlag)
6. Election of the Arb|Aut Board (Wahl der Mitglieder des Präsidiums)
7. Determination of admission fee and membership fee
8. YAAP activity report 2020, planned activities in 2021 and new Co-Chair (YAAP Tätigkeitsbericht und neuer Co-Chair)

Please also join our "virtual" social meeting with YAAP and Arb|Aut members and real drinks. The meeting will commence directly after Arb|Aut's Annual Meeting (at about 4:30 p.m.).
