Toniol's practice is focused on arbitration, especially on infrastructure issues and involving the Public Sector, besides administrative litigation within: National Agency of Waterway Transportation (ANTAQ), Secretariat of Ports of the Presidency of Republic of Brazil (SNP), Brazilian Land Transportation Agency (ANTT), Ministry of Transports, Ports and Civil Aviation (MTPA), Federal Court of Accounts (TCU).
Toniol also works in strategic litigation, especially lawsuits related to Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) . Has experience in consulting on structuring Specific Purpose Companies (SPEs) and matters in the railway and port sectors.
