THE ARBITRATION SUMMER RETREAT
In a joint initiative, the young arbitration practitioners' organizations from Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria (ASAbelow40, DIS40, Aia-ArbIt 40 and YAAP) organize a summer retreat for their members and other interested young practitioners.
The Summer Retreat is designed as a practice building seminar with a particular focus on
key-aspects of career building for arbitration practitioners with diverse backgrounds and experience. The interactive modules focus on topics such as business planning, negotiation skills, client relations and time management and are moderated by prominent experts.
The summer retreat is also an ideal opportunity for the international group of participants to network and strengthen personal relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.
This conference is aimed at arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: attorneys, arbitrators, in-house counsel or academics from all corners of the world.
